General Statement: Made from 100% estate grown Merlot grape this wine boasts intense and complex fruit aromas of cherry and strawberry. The medium toasted oak provides beautiful notes of vanilla and cola. A smooth wine with elegant tannins, and a finish lingering with hints of cocoa. 18 months in French and American oak, 36% new.

- Location/Soil: Clay loam and loam soils, on the north and south facing sides of the vineyard

- Fermentation - Primary fermentation in open top fermenters with three daily punchdowns. Secondary fermentation in barrels.
