It exhibits the strong fruit forward style common today, but with well integrated tannins that do not overpower, the wine delivers in a complex and unabashed manor all the bold flavors and body one would expect in a high end Bordeaux blend. Accolades and Awards: not submitted due to limited production.
Aging Properties: Like all our reds, this wine improves with some aging. Although ready to drink now it would benefit from some aging and will continue to improve in the bottle for 6-9 years.
Food Pairing: A masterpiece in wine, it needs to be met with an equally elegant food partner, such as grilled filet mignon topped with julienne onions, basted with a light brandy demi-glaze and finished with melted Roquefort cheese.
