General Statement: This Rosé was born out of the desire to make a unique modern Rosé but with a flair of traditionalism. Unlike most blush wines this Rosé is made with 100% Syrah grape picked just shy of full ripeness to provide a crisper flavor profile. The Syrah grape also provides the bright strawberry color.
