General Statement: This wine went through 100% malolactic fermentation in neutral oak barrels. This unfined and unfiltered expression of earthy mineral and spice is a quintessential representation of a dry Rhone white wine. With more fruit and slightly lighter than last year, this wine is very approachable and pairs well with summer dishes. 100% Viognier, this wine was aged in barrel for 9 months. It will hold for 1-2 years but is great now!

The malolactic fermentation provides a softer finish that lingers of nectar. 100% Viognier, this wine was aged in barrel for 9 months.
Accolades and Awards: Not submitted due to limited production. This wine will not be released through the distribution channels; it will only be available direct from the winery/tasting room.
Aging Properties: 1-3 years
Food Pairing: Lighter fare, such as fish, cheeses and fruit plates. Grilled swordfish.
